Richard M. Kurelko of Rocky Point died Oct. 31 at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson. He was 49.
He was born Sept. 25, 1960, to Richard and Jane Kurelko.
Predeceased by his father, he is survived by his mother and sisters, Kerri Scherman of North Carolina and Nancy Pollard of Rocky Point.
Private arrangements were handled by O.B. Davis Funeral Home in Miller Place.
