Lukasz (Luke) Pasko of Southold on Jan. 29, 2010, in his youth of 26 years. Devoted son of Stanley and Danuta (Donna) Pasko, boyfriend of Jocelyn Verneuille, nephew of Uncle Greg, Aunt Joanna and cousin of Max Pasko and nephew of Aunt Lucyna Falarz (who came from Poland to be by his side); grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends are praying in Poland. Childhood friends knew him as Sko. All are saddened by this tragic event.
Ambitious, loyal, trustworthy, loving, caring, life of the party, talented and artistic are only a few words to describe him.
His family came to the United States in 1993. They made bonds of friendship in the community of Southold. They loved to travel America together.
He graduated Southold High School in 2002. He received his baccalaureate degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College in Manhattan in 2006.
Family will receive friends Thursday, Feb. 4, from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home, 51400 Route 25 in Southold, defriestgrattan.com.
Mass will be held on Friday, Feb. 5, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Ostrabrama R.C. Church, 3300 Depot Lane in Cutchogue. Burial will take place in Poland.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lukasz Pasko can be made to Stony Brook University Medical Center Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
